Mission

Brazos Valley Eagles Fastpitch Softball mission is to provide a safe and competitive environment for young girls to learn and enjoy the game of fastpitch softball.  We are committed to providing an experience that fosters positive self-esteem, team spirit and individual growth through personal achievement and team play.  We are dedicated to teaching softball fundamentals and life skills through good sportsmanship, leadership, positive coaching, and peer and parent communication.  Our goal is to teach competitive fastpitch softball fundamentals and prepare female athletes for high school varsity level play and beyond. 

The Eagles provides an affordable alternative to the more expensive organization typically engaged in tournament softball in the Brazos Valley.⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠

Objectives

• Provide an experience that fosters positive self-esteem, team spirit and individual growth through personal achievement and team play.
• Implant firmly in our players fundamental life skills through good sportsmanship, leadership, positive coaching, and peer and parent communication.
• Teach competitive fastpitch softball fundamentals and prepare female athletes for high school varsity level play and beyond.
• Develop each player’s skills and knowledge of the game.
• Strive for equal access and equal opportunity for all players.
• Encourage continued participation by building a passion for the sport of fastpitch softball.
• Encourage hard work and positive attitudes through participation in a team environment.
• Have fun, make new friends, and grow as a member of a team. 
• Learn how to be part of a team, communicate and problem solve with their peers, learn respect for their teammates, coaches, opponents, and umpires.
