The Brazos Valley Eagles Fastpitch Softball organization has been providing tournament softball opportunities for girls 10-15 years old since May 2022. The Eagles is a nonprofit organization that emphasizes player dedication, skills learning, commitment, and teamwork. The Eagles sole purpose is to create an athletic venue for girls who are committed to striving for the highest level of competition in softball to enhance their character, mental and physical health, sportsmanship and educational opportunities.
The Eagles provides an affordable alternative to the more expensive organization typically engaged in tournament softball in the Brazos Valley. As such, there are girls who play for the Eagles that are not charged the seasonal fee of $250 per player due to economic hardship. The low fee and not charging in some instances keeps the organization’s budget very tight.
As you can imagine, it takes a substantial amount of funds to provide insurance, uniforms, equipment, indoor practice facilities and tournament registration fees for teams. Player registration fees, team fund-raisers and sponsorships help us cover these costs. In this regard, we would like to enlist your organization's support in whatever way you deem possible. Our Federal Tax ID number is 92-1359071. We are a non-profit organization and any contribution you make will be tax deductible.
Any size donation is greatly appreciated and will be put to good use to support the team. Your donation will help the girls with uniforms and tournament costs. It will also allow the coaching staff to provide the girls with equipment to improve and develop their talents and skills.
As a thank you for your donation of $200 or more, we will add your logo to our website, Facebook page, and a team banner. Please provide a logo in a png or svg file format.
